Ryan's One Handed Meatloaf

1/19/2016

Two of my fingers have little cuts. Nothing major, just the wintery weather giving my skin the business.
Today I planned on making meatloaf. My recipe is very simple, very easy. But I did not realize just how easy it was until I made it one handed in order to avoid my wounded fingers.
So, if anyone out there is looking for a simple recipe that you can make one handed -
look no further...Here it is!

Ryan's One Handed Meatloaf Recipe

PicturePictured raw and ready to bake!
Prep time: 4 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
Preheat oven: 350 Degrees
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef/pork (meatloaf mixture)
1 egg
1 pinch of salt and pepper
Ketchup - use your judgement.
A little sprinkle of  dried or fresh garlic
A little bit of dried or fresh onion
4-5 slices of bread torn into little pieces. (Whatever kind you got should work.)
Directions:
Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl with one hand. (Do NOT use two hands cause then you are just making regular meatloaf!)
Then place and pat all mixed ingredients in a meatloaf pan.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
Use your free hand and free time to read a book. Have you read Flaw yet? (HaHa)
Cool, slice and dinner is served!!!
